We are a family owned and run firm providing block management services for all sizes of development across Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and other counties. We continue to develop our business by listening to our clients and the problems they have had with previous managing agents. Transparency is an essential part of leasehold management and we ensure leaseholders with a management company are invited to attend general meetings for their development at least once a year where they can discuss schedules of work, budgets, where improvements can be made, etc. Not everyone wants to become too involved and this is fine too, but we believe leaseholders should be given the opportunity.
